Return policy
All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions. See TERMS AND CONDITIONS below.

Order Cancellations​
Any order can be canceled within 48 hours of placement for a full refund. Cancellations after 48 hours will be eligible for a 50% refund for production work only. Custom orders are non-refundable.
Returns
Once an item of merchandise is delivered, you can return that item within 15 calendar days. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: custom designs made for a particular order not on the website or for customers from outside of the United States. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. DEPOSITS ON CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@scared-of-my-shadow.com. All returns must be accompanied with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION email. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.All returned merchandise should be sent to:

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items must be posted using a trackable shipping service and be insured for the full product value. Email tracking information to info@scared-of-my-shadow.com.
Refunds
and Exchanges
After we have received your valid return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances. We do not accept returns for any orders made from outside of the United States.

Nothing in the Terms grants you a right or license to use any content without the express permission of Scared of My Shadow LLC.
Scared of My Shadow LLC is not responsible for any misuse of their products. Products are for entertainment purposes only. Masks should not be worn while operating heavy machinery, motorized vehicles or while under the influence of alcohol. Some masks incorporate horns or antlers and should be handled with care; the horns/antlers are cast replicas but can still be a poking hazard and should be worn mindfully around others. Any damage or injury incurred by the wearer of our masks is the sole responsibility of the wearer.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
